This multinational company is one of the leading retail beauty brands in the world. They are known for being customer-centric and committed to creating sustainable and high-quality products and services. Based in Petaling Jaya, this company offers 2 days WFH flexibility. Due to market growth, a new headcount for an Assistance Finance Manager is needed to join the team.

**Your new role**
- Understanding of the business logic and dependencies between key operational processes, relationships, and metric
- Participate in S&OP meeting; simulate sales forecast to ensure it ties to budgeted sales phasing
- Work very closely with Brand Teams in optimizing media & promo expenses, and provide an action plan for clearing slow moving stock
- Providing actionable insights, key findings, and conclusions to business, not just numbers
- Anticipating financial risks and exposure, proactively communicating with the management, and ensuring appropriate treatment is taken on P&L
- Manage and control financial performance to meet budget commitments. Stringent control of actual expenses vs budget (capital expenditure, A&P, SG&A)
- Optimizing costs and efficiency of investments, continuous monitoring of resources’ productivity
- Define assumptions and perform boutique P&L simulations based on a variety of business scenarios
- Provide and share insightful reports which link to zone, group reporting requirements and local management tools to improve monthly control for the division
- Support the planning and forecasting processes by providing financial parameters to be utilized in sales and cost planning and forecasting by the business (e.g., inflation rate, foreign exchange rates, increases in wages and salaries, costs for corporate materials, etc.)
- Validate and analyze the outcome and ensure a realistic level of figures
- Ensure that plans and forecasts are consolidated and reported forward in a timely manner and that deadlines are respected

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Must have relevant degree or Professional Qualifications in Finance
- Minimum of five years of work experienced in handling FP&A/ Commercial Finance/ Business control
- Strong personal leadership, being able to work in a results-driven culture with a big focus on execution.
