**Planning**
- Engage Project Programme Office/Project Manager to obtain list of new projects for annual audit planning. Assist Section Head for comprehensive planning and risk assessment relating to all projects in the year to ascertain audit participation and the advisory review approach and scope. Assist to identify extraordinarily high risk projects and escalate to Section Head or Section lead.
- Assist in the development of complete risk-based advisory review planning via APM. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information obtained for review planning purposes via Audit Planning Memorandum. Undertake comprehensive planning and risk assessment relating to each project/ assignment in order:

- to ensure adequacy and completeness of the Audit-On-A Page.
- to ensure potential project management, system operations and technology risks have been identified.
- to ensure all relevant existing controls have been identified and incorporated in the APM.
- to perform Control Design Adequacy Assessment

**Fieldwork**
- Attend the system workshop and assist in leading GCAD team in the discussion with project team.
- Assist in leading the assessment on the sufficiency of internal skill and knowledge for the business requirement understanding and the technology involved. Escalate to Section Head and assist in interacting with cross teams in GCAD to obtain the necessary resources in enabling the review.
- Assist in leading the review on the risk and controls and perform the assessment on significant control gaps on project management, technology and system operational control and the assess the weaknesses, risk implications and root cause analysis and provide value-add recommendations for improvement.
- Lead to ensure recommendations are clearly communicated and agreed by management and advisory memo are issued promptly.
- Facilitate in the assessment of project delays and work delays. Prepare the re-baselined plan request due to work delay or project delay with justification. Escalate to Section when there are major project issues causing delay. Assist to perform holistic analysis at portfolio level on project delay.
- Assist in the full responsibility to ensure advisory work complies with advisory standards and framework and within stipulated time frame.
- Assist in the responsibility to fully ensure documentation/working papers are accurately and appropriately developed, TeamMate is used effectively and that internal GCAD standards are met in carrying out all advisory assignments.

**Reporting**

Involve in ensuring recommendations are clearly communicated and agreed by management and audit report is issued promptly. Prepare Advisory report and observations and incorporate the context in the observations. Propose advisory review opinion and conclusion.

**Presentation**

Assist to present to Management during key Audit Meetings.

**Administrative & Development**
- Assist in the full development and update the audit programs, maintain quality of audit documentation and active participation in internal audit continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure timely follow up on outstanding audit recommendations and perform validation of implemented recommendations.
- Assist in the responsibility in providing on-the-job training and assist the Section Head in other training and development needs.
- Assist the corporate assurance management with periodic reporting to the Audit Committee and relevant Senior Management Committee and development of the annual internal audit plan.

**Collaboration**

Communicate and interact with Management across the GCAD organization. Assist in 360 degree communication in GCAD and audit clients. Responsible to be a team player when working in a team.

**Others**

Carry out any other responsibilities/tasks as assigned by the CA Department Head or Section Head from time to time
