**Responsibilities**:

- Provide support on matters relating to Stress Testing (including Climate Risk Stress Testing), Basel Pillar 2/ Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (“ICAAP”) and Risk Appetite Framework ensuring that all the risks undertaken are within the Risk Appetite of the Group and the Group has sufficient capital to support its day-to-day business activities that is in line with its risk profile.
- The person is responsible for:

- Preparing the Annual ICAAP Report and performing quality check on monthly capital adequacy calculations;
- Executing the activities required under the Risk Appetite Framework such as refreshing the Risk Appetite Statement and updating the Risk Appetite Dashboard; and
- Running Climate Risk Stress Test including maintaining the policy and methodology for Climate Risk Stress Testing which will be used to assess the resilience of the Group’s business strategies to material climate-related risks, informing its risk profile, appetite and risk management framework, as well as to fulfil supervisory and stakeholder expectations including TCFD disclosures.
- In addition, the person will be required to assist in the following, if necessary:

- Running group wide conventional Stress Test/ reverse Stress Test, including consolidating the overall results for CIMB Group.
- Running thematic Stress Test, as and when requested by the Group CRO and the regulator;
- Ad-hoc and special projects (if required); and
- Assisting in risk management controls (audit rating and compliance, external auditors and regulators, effective partnership with key stakeholders).

**Job Requirements**
- Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree
- Professional Qualification and/or Regulatory, Licensing requirements - Preference for professional or post graduate qualifications e.g. BRM, Chartered Accountant, CFA, GARP
- Relevant Work Experience - Preferably a minimum of 3 years of experience of similar capacity with proven track record in large regional institutions
- Advanced Excel and/ or Tableau (Data Analytics).
- System maintenance.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Able to work independently.
- Collaborative partner - Ability to communicate effectively, clearly and concisely at all levels (both internally and externally).
- Good presentation skills.
