**Responsibility**
- Aligning company's regulations, guidelines, and policies
- Discretion and trustworthiness on confidential information
- Carry out administrative or personal work on behalf of the director which includes being the point of contact between the director and the clients
- Responsible for scheduling appointments/meetings and taking minutes of meeting/itinerary and general correspondence
- Ability to organize in-house and external events/training/conferences etc
- Assist director for daily office activities or operation
- Demonstrates an ability to interact with persons of all backgrounds, cultures, and affiliations within all levels of business entities
- Undertaking other special assignments, ad-hoc functions, and willing to travel, when required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
