Your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth running of our daily operational activities. We need someone with the ability to independently manage and control both operational tasks and admin responsibilities.
- Assist in operational task for stock and human management.
- Key in stock documents and ensuring the stocks are well recorded in the system.
- Check the outlet staff daily operation task and ensure they completed their task properly.
- Ensure the Company operation are well managed.
- Cooperate and assist other different departments to improve business operations.
- Understand the nature of business and its operation tasks.
- Assist seniors and manager on operation and admin tasks.

**; Requirements**:
- Minimum SPM Level
- 2 years of relevant work experience specializing in Microsoft Office particularly Excel
- Must have a pleasant personality and excellent communication skills
- Must be enthusiastic and self-motivated in fulfilling job responsibilities
- Strong management skills with the ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Proactive and takes initiative to assess and initiate tasks independently without constant guidance from others.
