Malaysia Brickfields Asia College Sdn Bhd Full time

Creating report templates and consolidating School level reports.
- Managing calendars, events and activities of the School (Scheduling meetings and events, preparing and maintaining meeting minutes).
- Coordinate the student evaluation process; maintains and organizes academic documents, files, and records; assists with classroom evaluations;
- Maintaining and updating the School shared folder for the various SESS related academic documents. (MQA and audit documents).
- Assist in coordination of internal and external programme-level or school related audits.
- Assist in keeping track of students' registration via Learning Management Systems (LMS) and maintaining updated student progression via Campus Management System (CMS).
- Preparing all academic related claims for the School (part time lecturer claims, supervision claims).
- Submitting of all School level manpower resources forms and follow up.
- Collate and assist in checking on marks sheets and any exam related document before it is sent to the Examination department.
- Keeping track of important deadlines based on the Academic Calendar and send timely reminders.
- Maintaining records of all students' progress (deferments, drop semester) for the School.
- Any other task assigned by immediate supervisor as and when required.

- **Recognized with APEL Training and knowledge.**:

- **At least 3-5 years of experience**
