**Responsibilities**:
**Preparing Monthly Payments**:

- Compile and process monthly payments accurately and on time.
- Verify invoices and supporting documentation before processing payments.
- Preparing Debit Notes

**Generate debit notes as necessary, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial policies**:

- Maintain a systematic record of all debit notes issued.

**Keying in Creditors Invoice**:

- Accurately enter creditors' invoices into the accounting system.
- Ensure timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions related to accounts payable.

**Checking Petty Cash Transactions**:

- Regularly review and reconcile petty cash transactions.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to petty cash policies.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Ensure proper coding of transactions for accurate financial reporting.
- Participate in bank reconciliation activities to verify the accuracy of financial records.
- Assist in maintaining the general ledger by recording financial transactions.
- Provide support during internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation.
- Ensure compliance with audit requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments and external parties to resolve financial queries.
- Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders regarding financial matters.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Proficiency in basic Microsoft Excel, ERP Software and other accounting software.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Strong communication skills.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
