- Preferably Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Degree with Account/Finance Background
- Preferably at least 1-2 years of experience in accounting and administrative
- Good language command in Bahasa Malaysia & English
- Hardworking & resilient, able to work in fast pace environment
- Highly motivated, able to work independently and to guide a team
- Honest and trustable with finance, cash, and money
- Skill in excel is a must.
- Has knowledge in Accounting Software is a plus

**Responsibilities**:

- To manage ongoing administrative and accounting related matters
- To provide comprehensive book keeping, management reporting and feedback
- To assist in external accountant in auditing, taxation and record.
- Handle Account and filing document
- Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
- Responsible for administrative tasks
- Screen incoming phone calls and deal with customers’ enquiries
- Ad-hoc job
