**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
- Monitor and manage client accounts to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.
- **Account Maintenance**:_
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for new accounts.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to identify potential areas for growth.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality to exceed client expectations.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
- **Communication**:_
- Keep clients informed about new IT solutions, updates, and enhancements.
- Collaborate with the operation teams to ensure alignment with client expectations.
- **Data Analysis**:_
- Analyse client data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Conduct analysis of account performance and recommend improvements.
- Prepare reports on account status, highlighting key metrics and achievements.
- **Administrative Tasks**:_
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Assist in managing schedules and appointments.
- Price inquiries to the principals and distributors.
- Price negotiations with principals and distributors.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma/bachelor’s degree in IT, business, or related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Standard knowledge of IT solutions and services.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven track record of achieving sales target and clients’ satisfaction.
- Proficiency in English speaking and writing.
- Minimum of 3-years relevant working experience of the applied role.

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
