**Responsibilities**:

- Assist Operation Manager to manage packing operation
- To develop quality and efficiency in packing department
- To plan the production schedule to fit shipment target
- Assist Operation Manager in providing the packing schedule to fit shipment target
- Assist Operation Manager in providing training to worker, analyse and investigate any problems arise.
- To provide Dipping section 2nd grade quantity after grading
- Safety and Health Committee - Secretary
- To carry out ISO Internal Quality Audit

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in manufacturing field.
- Excellent in use computer and familiar with MS Office-Excel/Words/Power Point
- Excellent in read, write and converse in English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
- Self-motivated and able to work under minimum supervision.
- Excellent knowledge in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, and coordination of people and resources
