Overview:
As the Luxury Brand Store Manager, you will be at the forefront of leading and inspiring a dynamic team to achieve exceptional brand representation and surpass sales targets. Your role encompasses people management, commercial strategy, merchandise coordination, visual merchandising oversight, and store operations.
- Team Management:

- Lead, coach, and mentor the team to ensure unparalleled brand and product awareness.
- Identify individual and team training needs, communicating effectively with HR and management.
- Facilitate regular training sessions to enhance client service, product knowledge, and sales skills.
- Ensure fair roster arrangements and attendance management to maintain operational efficiency.
- Conduct productive briefing sessions covering sales, information dissemination, training, and motivation.
- Identify personal development needs and tailor individual development plans for succession planning.
- Cultivate a collaborative work environment through transparent communication practices.
- Set clear objectives and targets for individuals, overseeing performance with precision.
- Sales Management:

- Drive store and individual sales targets, KPIs, and client engagement strategies.
- Analyze business trends, propose action plans, and adapt strategies to meet objectives.
- Assign clear targets to the team and provide motivation to achieve them consistently.
- Provide insightful reports, anticipate changes, and assess risks/opportunities to optimize sales.
- Monitor business performance closely, taking necessary actions for improvement.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to adjust customer initiatives.
- Uphold high standards of service to enhance the customer experience.
- Oversee the management of customer databases, ensuring retention and expansion of the CRM base.
- Product Merchandising:

- Collaborate closely with the Merchandising team to maintain optimal stock levels and assortments.
- Ensure efficient product replenishment and manage physical inventory accurately.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize product performance using visual merchandising and clienteling techniques.
- Uphold product integrity through strict adherence to brand guidelines.
- Visual Merchandising (VM):

- Ensure the team maintains visual displays in line with VM and brand guidelines.
- Maintain store functionality and appropriate product levels on the sales floor, adhering to company policies and business needs.
- Store Operations:

- Demonstrate proficiency in POS systems and ensure accurate usage.
- Participate in inventories, cycle counts, and merchandise reception processes.
- Maintain store functionality, adhere to stockroom guidelines, and enforce compliance with policies.
- Manage safety and security procedures according to brand standards.

Qualifications:

- 2-3 years of luxury retail management experience.
- Experience in leading teams in the luxury or high-fashion sector.
- Strong business acumen with a keen sense of sales figures.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
- Exceptional time management and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in planning, organizing, and implementing strategies.
- Passionate and enthusiastic about inspiring a team with professionalism and excellence.
