Corporate Planning Manager

1. Report to General Manager 2. Responsible to monitor and coach Production planning, Admin and shipping group members. 3. Responsible to implement, control and analysis division budget including fixed assets, expenses and manpower. 4. Responsible to control and monitor the import activity to comply with local legal compliance. 5. Responsible to control and monitor the internal and external FG warehouse activity to comply with local legal compliance and meet the customer requirement. 6. Responsible to implement and monitor division KPI to meet the company objective and target. 7. Ensure the Quality Policy and Quality Objective is communicated and practiced throughout the organization and everyone routinely meets that quality objective. The quality of work carried out by all personnel within their respective departments. 8. Verifying that approved Quality Management System procedures are adopted within their department and those necessary complementary procedures are established, implemented, reviewed and updated as required. 9. Ensuring that all staff area adequately qualified and experienced in their relevant discipline to perform the duties in their position in a satisfactory manner. 10. Ensuring that all staff are familiar with company procedures and have ready access to them. 11. Responsible for all activities of his area, especially for ensuring that the quality system is observed and that all ideas regarding improvements are given careful consideration. Delegation to the lowest possible level is encouraged. May delegate the task he or she chooses to any department member he or she chooses. The manager must ensure that the department member has the training, tools and authority to fulfill the task and the manager remains accountable for the proper execution of the task. 12. Responsible for ensuring that their staff are aware, and comply with the information security Management system requirements. 13. Notify IT Department about staff changes affecting computer access (e.g. job function changes/leaving department or organization), so that user or system accounts may be modified, suspended or deleted to reflect the changes. 14. Ensure that all assets are returned to their custody when a member of staff moves/leaves their department. 15. Maintain a record of information assets that all their staff have this includes access to systems and also equipment. 16. Ensure that all current and future staff are trained in their security responsibilities. 17. Ensure that key documentation is maintained for all critical job functions to ensure continuity in the event of individual unavailability.
