**Responsibilities**:
**Planning & Execution**
- Accountable for the sales planning exercises, owning and driving milestones with the respective cross-functional and partnerships teams
- Design and set up sales metrics and sales models based on strategic objectives
- Set up Salesforce SOP by evaluating existing booking practices and methodologies and explore opportunities for improvements
- Partner with various internal teams, including Product/Ad Ops/Sales/Marketing/Data/Business Development teams, to identify new strategic collaboration to drive operational efficiency and improved productivity
- Work closely with Marketing team to explore methods to support lead generation process such as using CRM tools and Salesforce
- Oversee the sales funnel through salesforce; track, measure and report accurately. Optimise the sales process to drive efficiency for partnerships teams
- Drive adoption of sales processes, SOP, SLA, best practices, forecasting tools and dashboards within respective regions through training and roadshows
- Owner of sales data accuracy and integrity
- Participate and contribute to the Advertising & Partnerships team’s growth and research projects
**Analysis**
- Identifying customers and sales opportunities by analyzing sales data and consumer trends
- Track and report monthly sales revenue VS targets to provide data analysis on identifying business gaps and recommendation for improvement
- Take ownership of sales metrics such as inventory utilisation rate, forecast, sales pipeline, sales realisation and recurring rate and ROI
- Analyse, identify and build management dashboards to provide visibility on the health of the Advertising & Partnerships business and track other areas of growth opportunity
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g. Statistics, Business & Accounting, Finance, Financial Information Systems) or equivalent practical experience
- At least 6 years of working experience, preferably 2-3 years in the online advertising space
- At least 2-3 years of Salesforce working experience or equivalent CRM experience
- High attention to detail, and good organizational skills, with a good understanding of online advertising business and processes
- Excellent understanding of financial workflows and experience using CRM and BI tools such as Salesforce, hubspot, Tableau, Data studio, Jira and Confluence
- Strong financial visual presentation skills
- Strong analytical mindset to analyze raw data, draw insights and develop actionable recommendations through optimisation and automation
- Good SQL working experience
- Passionate and excited about online advertising and marketing technologies
- Comfortable working against timelines and multiple projects
- Background in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, startup/tech environments would be an advantage.
- Fluency in English (our corporate language) and great communication skills.
- Stakeholder management (Internal and external) and effective regional communication are critical to be successful in this role
