As an IT Support Officer, some of the main responsibilities include:

- Technical Support: Providing technical assistance to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software and network issues.
- System Maintenance: Ensuring the smooth running of computer systems, networks, and other IT infrastructure by carrying out routine maintenance, backups, and updates.
- User Training: Providing training to end-users on how to use hardware, software, and other IT-related tools.
- Security: Implementing and maintaining security measures to protect the organization's IT infrastructure from cyber threats such as viruses, malware, and unauthorized access.
- Documentation: Creating and maintaining documentation on IT processes and procedures, including user manuals and troubleshooting guides, to assist end-users in resolving common issues.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
