**Responsibilities**:

- Assist to prepare monthly management accounts
- Handle day to day finance operation tasks including issuance of payments
- Ensure all payments to company is accurate and up to date
- Handling multiple clients utilities accounts
- To maintain filing and documentation of clients account on to system
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
- Undertakes any other ad-hoc assignment as and when required

**Job Requirements**:

- Familiar with AUTO COUNT ACCOUNTING software
- Able to start work immediately will be considered

Accounting or Accounting related field
- Required language(s): Chinese (preferably)
- Must be computer literate (MS Office, MS Excel)
- Good attitude, meticulous, responsible and team player
- Able to work under tight deadline, meticulous, proactive, multitask in a fast-paces environment and independently with minimum supervision.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
