**Assistant Vice President, **Professional Indemnity Insurance (PII) Scheme for Lawyers**

**What the day will look like**

This will include:

- Liaising with lawyers and law firms on their policy renewals and administration and ensuring all policies are renewed before deadline
- Following up on renewal quotations that require further review
- Advising lawyers and law firms on terms and conditions of policies
- Advising lawyers and law firms on details of product offerings and benefits
- Develop marketing and technical campaign plans, including the organizing of events related to the Scheme
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to improve/enhance systems and processes
- Supervising / providing assistance to / working together with other team members to ensure effective administration of the Scheme
- Providing any other additional support and assistance as may be required to successfully execute the PII Scheme

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**

**Education & Qualifications/ Expected Experiences**
- A degree in any discipline - preferably LL.B, Economics, Actuarial Science, Business Administration or ACII
- At least 3-5 years of experience dealing with lawyers or in the insurance industry as broker and/or insurer
- Fluent in English and proficient in Bahasa Malaysia
- Possess BCCITB certification or must complete BCCITB certification upon joining
- Operationally efficient and sound

**Skills & Knowledge**
- Relevant working experience in the broking / insurance industry
- Demonstrate proactive-ness and results-driven attitude in past work
- Experienced in client service / account handling
- Independent, positive personality
- Good English language, communication, and interpersonal skills
