Position: Product Sales Specialist (Medical Consumables)

Work location. Bangi

**Salary**:RM3000 - RM3500

Scope of Duties and Responsibilities:
Operation

1. To perform cold calling based on Customer database.
2. To perform cold call or any related media tools in order to create product awareness (New Leads generation)
3. To follow up with Customer engaged until sales conversion.
4. To ensure Customer to make payment as per Invoice Payment term.
5. To liaise with Account team to check whether the payment had been credited into
Company's bank account.
6. To prepare Weekly Sales Progress Report to Company’s Management.
7. To attend and present Weekly Sales Progress Report to Management at Company HQ
minimum once a week or any interval requested by Company’s Management.
8. To analyse Customer Feedback Survey analysis quarterly (4-months once) and present to Company’s Management.

Continuous Medical Education (CME) Talk
1. To plan the CME Talk Road Tour.
2. To arrange the Event Management for CME, Talk according to the plan.
3. To document the Attendance List and Photo for the CME Talk and archive it into
Company filing system (online and offline).

Sales Leads Generation
1. Responsible to find any opportunity to generate new market leads.
2. To record new market leads information into Company’s Customer Database.
3. To follow-up with new market lead(s) for sales conversion.

Specific requirements
- Minimum education level: Bachelor Degree in Biology / Medical Sciences or equivalent
- Minimum years of experience: 2 to 3 years in medical device sales for primary care facilities (General Practitioner / Private Clinic) and Orthopaedic consumables, appliances and pain treatment. Skill required:
1. Good communication skills.
2. Good team player
3. Ability to change the rejection into sales closing (Able to manoeuvre the
environment based on feedback from customer during product demo to close the sales)
4. Good in Customer Relationship skills.
5. Able to look any opportunity in the market to generate sales leads.

Compulsory requirements:
1. Experience: must have at least 2 years’ experience selling medical CONSUMABLES, not devices. Must be able to do PowerPoint presentation to customers & have experience finding new customers.

2. Education: Must have at least a Diploma or Degree in Science, Business, Marketing or equivalent.

4. Expected basic salary: RM3K to RM3.5K.
