**Position Overview**:As an Administrative Executive in the property management industry, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the organization. You will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, coordinating site activities, and supporting the site team. Your excellent organizational and communication skills will contribute to maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

**Job description**
- Serve as a primary contact for tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Coordinate tenant requests and ensure timely resolution.
- Assist in coordinating property maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors and vendors. Keep records of maintenance activities and expenses.
- Support financial processes, such as monitoring rental payments, issuing invoices, and tracking expenses.
- To make phone calls to debtors requesting for payments to be made.
- Send daily report task for management
- Maintain an organized filing system, both physical and digital.
- Assist in coordinating property maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors and vendors. Keep records of maintenance activities and expenses.
- Any ad-hoc task as and when required

**Requirements**:

- Experience in an **administrative role, preferably in property management.**:

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using property management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
- Customer service orientation and ability to handle inquiries professionally.
- Understanding of financial principles and ability to assist in budget preparation and expense tracking.
- Familiarity with property maintenance processes.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- High integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday : 9am - 5pm

Saturday : 9am - 1pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
