Sales Admin Executive

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- To coordinate with salesman & internal parties (eg: storekeeper, driver, engineers, etc) on goods requisition, document requisition and delivery arrangement.
- To issue Sales Order, Delivery Order & Invoice based on custorner's PO or Customer Order Confirmation Form (for verbal order).
- To ensure that all Delivery Orders are chop and signed by customers/ its recipients.
- To coordinate with external transporter when requested.
- To prepare courier consignment note for the courier of sample, goods, etc upon request.
- To monitor the expiration dates of customer's CJ5, MIDA & LMW License and liaise with salesman for its renewal copies.
- To arrange for collection of cheques either by V.A.B. Driver/ courier upon request.
- To distribute monthly account statement to customers.
- To distribute gift/ greeting cards/ etc during festive season.
- To handle.call-in enquiries and distribute it to Salesman.
- To make stock adjustment in UBS (eg: reduce raw material quantity & increase Finished Goods quantity).
- Handle petty cash for driver's expenses (eg: fuel consumption, handphone top-up, touch & go topup and lorry services.)
- Monitor and arrange Puspakom lnspection and any lorry affairs.
- Any other tasks assigned by the Management from time to time
**JOB REQUIREMENT**
- Degree in any field
- Preferably 2 years experience as work Sales Admin/Customer Service before
- Good command and fluent in languages of Malay & English (both communication & writing)
- Good command of computer software such as Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
