Duties & Responsibilities:
2. Process incoming mail for the department; Scan, attach and update accounts as needed.

3. Follow up on collection status with collector personnel.

4. Correspond, negotiate, and follow up with debt consolidators.

5. Follow up with Customers to request proper documentation for claims purpose.

6. Process delinquency collection documentation.

7. Audit and check payments to ensure validity.

8. Complete tasks and projects assigned by the collections manager.

9. Maintain adherence with all department and company policies and procedures.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 2 years (preferred)
