Working Hours: 9am 630pm, 5 days work

**Job Descriptions**

Perform general administrative duties including answering phone calls, attend visitors and managing correspondence.

Handling office facilities maintenance and servicing

Maintain office cleanliness and tidiness, including overseeing office cleaning services

Co-ordinate with vendor to troubleshoot IT and system related issues.

To provide clerical support and other duties as and when assigned by the Management.

**Job Requirements**:
At least 2 years office administrative experience, especially dealing with government department such as Majlis, CIDB, Custom etc.

Have experience in handling LMW license

Good command of MS Office

Strong communication and interpersonal skill.
