**E-commerce Marketplace Maintenance (SHOPIFY & Social Media)**
- Updating e-commerce store and managing website content such as product listings, pricing, stock levels, visual images and product descriptions
- Request stock inventory by filling up Stock Requisition Note Form
- Manage the upload of all new products, images and descriptions to Shopify
- Ensure all pages, product and pricing on the site are accurate
- Ensure product listings in Shopify are aligned with social media and other promotion and marketing campaign
- Managing and implementing sales activities through social media platforms.
- Prepare items for sale, including photographic merchandising: research and discuss on appropriates sale prices with Operation Manager, and ensuring the suitability and quality of items listed for sale
- Ensure and arrange product availability on the website
- Identify products that has no catalogue image and hand over to Graphic Designer for colour editing process
- Ensure all product images are uniform, presentable, and precise in terms of material, colour, and compartment

**Procurement and Data Management**
- Accurately maintaining the records of all purchases
- Track and schedule all materials, equipment, and personnel purchase orders
- Track inventory levels and manage purchasing activities
- Reviewing, comparing, analysing, and recommend products and services to be purchased
- Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records
- Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc
- Maintain all the documents or data related to the organisation’s vendors or suppliers
- Work with team members to complete duties as needed

**Promotion Update**
- Aware on new product launching, sale, and promotions. Request stock and restock.
- Change sales price on system.
- Insert new promotions on the website.
- Update product quantity.
- Remove ended promotions.
- Create and adjust appropriate discount or promotion banner on website

**E-commerce Sales Management**
- To update sales periodically (daily, every a few hours) to the sales team
- Prepare any sales related report as requested by the management
- Alert the sales the team about any irregularities of sales movement (eg. sudden decrease or increase in sales)

**Requirements**:

- IMMEDIATE Intake, to work in Wangsa Maju (near Wangsa Walk Mall)
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- A Degree in Purchasing and Logistics, Purchasing and Supply, Business Studies, Supply Chain Management, or Marketing
- 2+ years experience in procurement, purchasing, data management, or supply chain
- Experience in using purchasing software and Microsoft Office especially Excel / Google Sheet, liaising with prospective suppliers, and conducting negotiations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, and demonstrated ability to synthesize information from many sources
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time efficiently
- Attention to detail

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
