Procurement Inventory Executive

Assist with special projects and other duties as assign by superior, from time to time.
- Proactive buying approach - always avoid defective suppliers, to ensure continuity of supply for existing sources/developing other sources of supply.
- To source and select suppliers, to ensure cost reduction and product availability.
- To negotiate with supplier on pricing and quality requirement, and obtaining quotation/best price.
- To practice negotiation win-win approach.
- To monitor/ensure all outlets with a steady flow of material to meet its needs.
- To source quotation widely and protect company cost structure.
- To monitor monthly inventory movement.
- To negotiate effectively in order to work with suppliers who will seek mutual benefit through economically superior performance.
- To conduct outlet visit programme, it's purpose is to ensure all the outlets are receiving goods in good quality and supplier delivery performance.
- To place the daily order or ad hoc items, expediting the delivery, to support outlet's operation.
- Evaluate new supplier and maintained approved supplier list, recommend to superior.
- Effective proactive liaison with other department to forecast, plan to meet and to supply demand to relevant quality.
- Manage suppliers in order to fulfill company standard requirement in term of technology quality and competitive cost.
- Provide updates on market, suppliers and product trends to our internal customers/superior, it's for better decision making.

**Job Description**:

- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- At least 2-years experiences in this field also encourage to apply
- Required languages, able to read and write in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
- Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel & MS Word)
- Able to work under pressure to meet deadline, self-driven and resourceful.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
