**A) Personal Assistant**
- To perform secretarial duties and handles all confidential matters in a highly professional, discreet and organized manner.
- To maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of employees and external parties.
- Manage the Directors’ personal and professional schedule and arrangements for appointments, meetings, conference, travel, social functions and attend to Directors personal tasks.
- To prepare, attend and prepare minutes of office meetings as well as meetings with clients, suppliers and business associates to follow up with the necessary action when required.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned by the Directors.

**B) Administrative**:

- To perform office administrative work and other tasks as assigned by the Management.
- Organize and maintain an up-to-date filing system for easy access and retrieval.
- In charge of office facilities administration i.e. office equipment, building maintenance etc.
- Prepare general correspondence with internal and external parties.
- Prepare monthly reports.

**Requirements**:

- Possess Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Degree in Secretarial, Business Administration or equivalent field of study.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (_to deal with Mandarin speaking clients)_.
- 3 - 4 years’ relevant working experience.
- Able to multitask, prioritize jobs assigned and work independently under pressure.
- Outstanding negotiation skill, self-discipline, independent and trustworthy.
- Meticulous with high attention to details.
- Highly motivated, result oriented and a team player.
- Friendly with good interpersonal skills.
- Willing to travel and possess own transport.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

- Personal Assistant: 2 years (required)

**Language**:
