我們正在尋找駐馬來西亞吉隆坡的【**風險營運專家**】。

**主要責任**
- 根據我們不同的業務模式和演進情況，整理核心業務需求，建立標準的業務規則和流程，降低業務風險
- 建立快速重新應用的規則框架和策略
- 協調不同職能團隊之間建立和維護流程和機制
- 負責流程優化與機製完善，累積工作方法論與平台工具
- 進行日常流程檢查，根據數據分析監控現有流程的效率
- 及時發現並解決製程問題，持續優化製程產品
- 透過指標監控和數據分析識別風險和業務變化
- 與多個職能團隊合作，提供業務和產品解決方案以及風險應對計劃，確保業務發展無風險或低風險

**資格**
- 本科及以上學歷，5年流程或風險管理工作經驗
- 專業的專案管理技能，較強的跨團隊協調能力，擅長流程管理和結果交付
- 具有邏輯思維，學習速度快，能夠提供良好的見解來影響他人並推動項目
- 能夠快速適應變化並獨立工作
- 精通英語和普通話，可以與講普通話的利害關係人溝通
