You play a supporting business partner role to assist in overall HR and office administrations functions.

**Talent Acquisition**

1. To oversee the recruitment process for office staff including but is not limited to advertising, sourcing, screening, interview arrangements, reference checks, preparation of offer letter and participating in the onboarding process.

2. To work closely with the departmental heads to understand the job responsibilities and requirements in developing an effective and comprehensive job posting, technical interview assessment and behavioral questions.

3. To build reputable and positive employer branding with engagement with industry professionals, colleges, universities, associations and social media portals including job portals and career fairs to attract talents.

5. To understand talent supply and demand dynamics in key markets, review hiring strategies and develop workable sourcing plans.

6. To maintain consistent standards for all applicants and ensure compliance with all local rules and regulations, and HQ’s requirements related to hiring and recruiting.

**Training & Development**

1. Conduct Training Needs Analysis and development plan for all level of employees.

2. To source for suitable training providers for respective training program.

3. To drive, carry out, maintain and improve training and development operations to enhance workforce effectiveness and prepare for future skills requirements.

4. To coordinate inhouse and external training programs.

5. To monitor and administer the budget and spending of HRDC fund.

6. To conduct follow up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results.

**Industrial Relation**

2. To assist in the investigation, verification and analysis of any misconduct or grievances and complaints by the employees and carry out domestic inquiry as and when required.

3. To provide reports and prepare letters in relation to disciplinary issues.

4. To assist in developing employee engagement programs that will lead to more efficient and motivated workforce.

**Others**

1. To drive and organize company events / activities as part of the staff engagement initiative to foster a stimulating workplace that values the individual contribution.

2. To involve and assist in full internal and external audits cycle and cooperate with the auditors to ensure the audit objective to be achieved.

3. To carry out other duties and tasks as directed by the Management in line with competencies and activities associated with any of the above processes.

**Job specifications**
- At least Diploma in HR/ Business Administration or related fields.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience with relevant exposure.
- Have a great sense of urgency and able to handle multi tasks under pressure.
- An analytical mind and meticulous nature.
- Good communication skills.
- A good team player.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
