**Customer Service**:Welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Assist guests in selecting menu items and provide recommendations.
Attend to customer inquiries, special requests, and dietary restrictions.

**Order Taking**:Take customer orders accurately, ensuring special requests are correctly noted.
Input orders into the point-of-sale (POS) system or provide handwritten orders to kitchen staff.
Verify orders for accuracy before relaying to the kitchen.

**Table Service**:Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
Ensure that tables are set with appropriate tableware and condiments.
Monitor and refill beverages, as needed.

**Upselling**:Suggest additional menu items, specials, or desserts to increase sales.
Promote house specialties or add-ons to enhance the guest experience.

**Payment Processing**:Present and explain the bill to guests.
Process payments accurately, including handling cash and credit card transactions.
Provide change and receipts as necessary.

**Cleanliness and Organization**:Maintain the cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
Reset tables efficiently for the next guests.
Assist in clearing and cleaning dishes and utensils.

**Teamwork**:Collaborate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow service crew members.
Communicate effectively to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Assist in coordinating food service timing with the kitchen.

**Customer Feedback**:Gather and communicate customer feedback and complaints to management.
Address and resolve customer concerns or complaints to ensure satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- No specific education or degree required, though a high school diploma or equivalent is typically preferred.
- Previous experience in a service or hospitality role is beneficial.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and specials.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays or plates.

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
