**Job Highlight**
- This is a full-time hybrid Business Development role with flexibility for some remote work.

**What You Will Do**:

- Drive sales success by achieving targets and implementing strategic initiatives.
- Conduct effective lead-generation activities to expand our client base.
- Identify market potential and increase the client list based on the new market.
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to deal closure.
- Foster positive client relationships through clear communication and attentive management.
- Preparing impactful sales materials and reports.

**What You Will Need**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of sales experience.
- Proven sales experience in warehouse fulfillment, logistics, or e-commerce.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Solid understanding of warehouse fulfillment, logistics, and e-commerce processes.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel for client visits and industry events.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced work environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
- A valid driver's license is required for business travel.

Expected Start Date: 12/12/2023

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
