**The following are duties & responsibilities**:
1. Performs data entry and filing tasks for payable, purchase orders, inventory, and sales, that include fry's, feed and equipment.

2. Compiling, maintaining and updating company records

3. Managing office inventory and working with vendors to ensure the regular supply of office materials

4. Setting up appointments, scheduling meetings, distributing reports and managing the correspondence between the office and external bodies.

5. Compiling and maintaining records of office business transactions

6. Keep and maintain employee records.

7. Performs other related duties as assigned by the management from time to time.

**Site Location**:
Kampung Tanjung Agas,Pasir Panjang, Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan

**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday (8.30am-5.30pm) Saturday (8.30am-12.30pm)

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
