**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible for coordination of incoming work request, maintain office filings and data entry of computerized maintenance management system.
- Update and maintain files and employee records.
- Follow up office procedures including key-log, visitor log, stationery requisition and phone log.
- Maintain and update stationery stock level.
- Maintain and update work requisition.
- Typing and taking minutes.
- Attend and answering incoming phone calls.
- Update and maintain employee uniform record.
- Participate in OSH training, campaign and promotional sessions
- Understand and follow the company's OSH policy
- To participate in risk, safety, quality, environmental and business continuity activities of the organization

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Minimum qualification of a SPM or equivalent or with minimum 2 years experience in office administration.
- Must be familiar with Windows and MS Office.
- Possess good oral and written communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
