**About this role**
Are you looking for a new role in a growing organisation with an exceptional work culture? Arup **Kuala Lumpur** have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated **Admin cum Front Office Coordinator** to join our vibrant and enthusiastic team. In this role you will be responsible to act as the first point of contact for all front office activities, managing corporate travels, and to undertake a range of other administrative tasks within the Office Services Department. With access to a global community of office staff & administrators you will collaborate with and learn from other minds.
**What will I do?**
- Welcome clients and other visitors, determining their needs and ensuring these are met in an efficient and friendly manner, in accordance with Arup's brand and procedures.
- Coordinate all incoming and outgoing mails, dispatch and courier services.
- Attend to all travel requests for all corporate travel bookings including vehicles and accommodation, purchasing tickets and travel insurance issued according to Arup policy.
- Monitor office meeting and working areas to ensure presentation standards are met, including tidiness, layout, ensuring equipment is present and in working order and everything is in good repair, liaising with IT / facilities staff to resolve as required.
- Receive, respond to and action facilities helpdesk (Service Desk) requests from staff within personal skillset and escalate to third party cleaners, handymen and other contractors as required.
**What will I bring?**
- Minimum Diploma holder in Hospitality & Tourism Management / Business Administration or relevant field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office for Business
- Relevant experience in administration / travel coordination experience is an added advantage.
- Strong communication skill and a team player.
- Results driven, with ability to remain positively motivated and foster team spirit at times of significant pressure, including assisting others to meet deadlines.
