HR '¢ Prepare correspondences '¢ Input Expenses Claims relevant worksheets '¢ Input Panel Clinic relevant worksheets '¢ Scan Expenses Claims '¢ OT checking and verification '¢ Attendance management and compilation '¢ Monitor and update Employee Benefits '¢ New employee and Exit employee inventories '¢ HR Administrative matters Admin '¢ Despatch '¢ Postage and postage reimbursement summary '¢ Courier checking '¢ Distribution and allocation of incoming mails '¢ Ensure office utility bills and other office bills are received and promptly process for payment '¢ PO preparation and scanning (internal and to requestor) '¢ Assisting in Office Maintenance '¢ Sundries and office stationery Stock management '¢ Shell card monitoring and processing of invoices '¢ Touch and Go monitoring and maintenance '¢ HQ parking related matters '¢ Covid-19 Management '¢ Photocopier maintenance and processing of invoices '¢ Other Administrative matters Other matters '¢ Photocopying '¢ Scanning '¢ Filing '¢ Other adhoc matters '¢ Events '¢ Company Activities Requirement 1. Minimum Diploma 2. Minimum 1 year of experience 3. Team player; 4. Good oral and written communication skills both in English and Bahasa Melayu; 5. Willing to travel; 6. Strong analytical skills; 7. Computer proficient; 8. Flexible and not calculative; 9. Ability to multi-task and willing to learn.
