Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our sales team at Linxcom Sdn Bhd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and coordinating sales activities. About the Role:
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently. Key responsibilities will include:
• Providing administrative support to the sales team
• Coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team
• Maintaining customer records and database management
• Assisting in preparing sales documents, proposals, and quotations

Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role, preferably in the IT industry
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
