About the Job:

This Sales Coordinator role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our dynamic team at People Profilers.

Responsibilities:
  • Process and issue sales invoices in a timely manner.
  • Verify customer details and payment information for accuracy.
  • Respond to customer queries and collect missing details.
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records.
  • Relay customer feedback to relevant departments.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.
Qualifications:
  1. At least 3 years of experience in sales coordination or administration.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  4. Proficiency in English, both reading and writing.
  5. Willingness to work 5.5 days per week, including alternate Saturdays.
