- Handling general administrative duties
- Preparation of documents, filing
- Ensure all documents are filed accordingly
- Provides administrative supports to the department.
- Answers phone calls, supports visitors, and schedules meetings
- Supports and assist in performing general clerical & administration duties
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors/management from time to time
Requirement
- Must possess own laptop or device(s) to be used in the course of performing the duties and responsibilities under this contract.
- Know how to use Microsoft office
