Perform food safety audit to ensure proper implementation of QMS/FSMS at restaurant level. Ensure restaurant compliance to Food Safety Standard and Standard Operation Procedure.
- Coordinate HACCP program at restaurant level and ensure all HACCP program are being implemented as per requirement
- Conduct investigation for all complaints (internal and customer complaints) in relation with product quality and food safety.
- Maintain & update Halal Assurance Manual, maintain & update Halal database in the system and any issue related to Halal requirement.
- Conduct product testing/evaluation for new /improved material approval.
- Perform any other special task and project that has been assigned by superior
- Maintaining of HALAL certification and update Jakim on all latest menu items
- Ensure all operational quality and service standards are met - HACCP, GMP & HALAL
- Review and investigate raised issues related to HALAL Compliance
- To assist with relevant personal in GMP (chemical, pest control, weighing, grease)
- Update MSDS and calibration report
- Preparing document for Auditor and Visitor such as service report, SSOP Pest control, Vehicle Temp Record, Equipment cleaning, Toilet/Footbath checklist, Chemical MSDS.
- Ensure GMP in the production
- Cheking all process an Critical Control Point (CCP) and do sensory test.
