**Responsibilities**:

- Execution and monitoring of all regular purchasing duties
- Assists in managing and following up orders
- To match purchase invoice against purchase orders and delivery orders
- Managing schedule changes, cancellations and overseeing the supply and delivery of materials and products
- Follow up closely with internal and external parties on purchasing matters and ensure timely delivery of all products from suppliers
- Enter order details (eg. vendors, quantities, prices)
- General filing
- Office administrative
- To undertake ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time
