Administrative Clerk

JOB BRIEF;
- Welcomes and directs vendors and clients.
- Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary.
- Makes appointments and referrals.
- Performs data entry and filing tasks for accounts payable, purchase orders, equipment inventory, and confidential employee or departmental files.
- Receives, records, and distributes packages and mail.
- Compiles budget data and maintains financial records as requested.
- Copies, collates and otherwise prepares reports for mailings, meetings, and other correspondence.
- Maintains filing systems as assigned.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS;
- SPM / Diploma / Certificate
- Fresh Graduates are welcome.
- Female preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively with different departments.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Organized and detail oriented
- Can work independently
- Energetic and enthusiastic

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
