We are currently seeking a talented Creative Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in crafting compelling narratives and brand stories across our diverse media and digital landscapes.

**About the Role**:
As our Creative Marketing Specialist, you'll be the creative force behind the innovative campaigns that captivate our audiences. You will have the opportunity to shape the visual and audio storytelling for not just one, but three leading media platforms. You'll work at the pulse of digital trends, harnessing the power of music, visuals, and current social narratives to create short-form videos and other content forms that not only engage but also inspire action.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ideate, storyboard, and execute creative concepts that align with our brand messaging and resonate with our target audiences.
- Stay ahead of trends to create short-form video content that leverages popular culture, music, and media trends for platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver content that meets campaign objectives, from initial brainstorming to final reporting.
- Manage the creative process for both internal and external campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and messaging across Glitz, Beauty Insider, and Mapletree Media.
- Produce engaging visual and written content across a variety of channels, including social media, digital platforms, and print.
- Oversee campaign lifecycle, including ideation, creation, vetting, execution, and detailed post-campaign reporting.

**Qualifications**:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in conceptualizing and executing engaging marketing campaigns, particularly in short-form video content.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and a keen eye for graphic design.
- Solid understanding of branding, marketing, and multimedia storytelling.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
