Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Corporate Information Travel Sdn Bhd Full time

Follow required procedures and processes to resolve customer inquiries.
- Handle airlines reservation and ticketing.
- Handle enquiries and reservation for ground arrangement - hotel accommodation, transfer, and other travel-related tasks.
- Maintain good relationship with clients and suppliers.
- Perform related duties as required.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma / Degree in Tourism & Hospitality Management
- Minimum 1 year related working experience
- Knowledge of flight reservation system is an advantage
- Proficient in both written and spoken English, and Mandarin will be added advantage
- Good initiative, hardworking, committed and able to multi-task
- Excellent customer service skills, detail-oriented and a good team player
- Must be willing to work in shift

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
