**APAC Demand Planning Analyst**:

**Purpose Statement**

This role serves as the conduit between Country Demand Planning, Regional Marketing, Global Supply Chain Planning and Distribution Center Operations in coordinating the regional Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SI&OP) process, product launch and exit plans, driving inventory optimisation initiatives, and managing supply execution as required to meet customer needs and business financial objectives.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Partners with Regional Marketing, Country Demand Planning, Regional Finance and other key functional stakeholders to understand regional strategic imperatives and country dynamics, and drive supply execution across your portfolio, in support of commercial ambitions.
- Leads regional engagement with Global Supply Chain Planning and the Global/DC SI&OP process, managing inventory to enable the achievement of the Region’s strategic and financial goals. This includes driving successful New Product Introduction (NPI) and other product transitions and advocating for and managing allocations to the Region in periods of supply constraint.
- Proactively anticipate supply risks and effectively communicate supply availability and potential risks with Supply Chain partners and DC team along with the development of recovery plans on backlog and outages to initiate necessary actions to address any concerns that may occur.
- Proactively monitor and analyses DC KPI performance including Inventory, Forecast Accuracy and Bias, Service Level, Backorder and Scrap, provides recommendations and aligns efforts across stakeholders to drive operational efficiency and process improvement across the Region.
- Support Annual/Quarterly Finance budget processes: inventory, scrap, ship volume.
- Understand demand and supply drivers impacting DC operations and work with Supply Chain Partners and DC team to address issues and mitigate risks.- Ensures awareness and compliance with applicable standard operating procedures to meet, comply and champion all quality and regulatory commitments of Boston Scientific.

**Qualification and Experience**
- 5+ years’ experience in a demand planning and/or supply chain role, demonstrating competence in leading an IBP process.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain and its dependencies, including planning and inventory management.
- Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to analyse business processes and workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to influence key stakeholders without direct authority.
- Experience managing large data sets essential, either through Excel or other data visualisation and analysis tools.
- Self-starter, demonstrating ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams across geographies, delivering customer-oriented solutions to complex problems.
- High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and high-quality output.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic and changing environment.
