Company Secretary

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide corporate secretarial support to the company's clients and meet deadlines
- Liaise with clients, Companies Commission of Malaysia, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, Securities Commission and all other relevant authorities in connection with company secretarial matters
- Attend Board meetings, Committee Meetings, Annual General Meetings, Extraordinary General Meetings, etc. and prepare agendas and minutes of meetings
- Maintain and update the statutory books and records in compliance with the Companies Act, 2016, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad’s Listing Requirements and any other relevant acts, rules, regulations and guidelines of relevant governing authorities and bodies
- To attend others ad-hoc assignment as and when required.
**Requirements**:
- Possess a qualification of MAICSA, MIA or equivalent or a licensed company secretary by SSM.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Good communication in English, written and spoken.
- Able to work independently.
- Well verse with the Companies Act 2016 and SSM requirements and procedures.
- Right and positive attitude and able to build and maintain good relationship with clients.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Klang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
