**Responsibilities**:
**Intern - IT project team**

**WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO LEARN**:
Gain knowledge and experience in:

- AI, Machines Learning and Automation
- Day-to-day IT operations support.
- Creating and maintaining documentation of IT systems and processes.
- Working in a team and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

**PROJECT OVERVIEW**:
Be part of the Singapore Onsite IT Support team for any IT-related activities, including:

- Key Focus: AI, Machines Learning and Automation
- Sub-Focus
- Supporting walk-in customers
- Day-to-day IT operations support such as PC Imaging, software, and hardware installation/troubleshooting.
- Implementing automation solutions to improve the existing IT process.
- Ensuring security procedures are followed and enforced.
- Ad-hoc IT-related activities as and when required.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- AI, Machines Learning and Automation
- Supporting walk-in customers and Day-to-day IT operations.
- Developing and implementing automation solutions to improve efficiency and streamline IT processes. This may include writing scripts, designing workflows, and integrating different systems.
- Participating in team meetings and collaborating with other departments as needed.
- Assisting in the planning and execution of IT projects or activities as and when required.
- Proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement and making suggestions on how to optimize IT operations.

**RELEVANT SKILLSETS**:

- AI, Machines Learning and Automation related skillsets.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
- Scripting skills with knowledge of programming languages such as Python, PowerShell, Java, Powerautomate
- Knowledge of IT Operations support.
- Data modeling and Dashboard creation using PowerBI or other virtualization tools.
- Experience in Data Structure, Machine Learning, Neural Computing, Natural Language Processing, and Image Processing
- Experience in leveraging predictive models including neural networks, decision trees (DT), support vector machines (SVM), k-nearest neighbors (KNN)

**ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS**:

- Background in IT or related
