Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Ai Innovation Director/Senior AI Strategist to lead our AI initiatives and drive business growth through innovative AI solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing AI strategies that align with our company's vision and goals.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and end-to-end AI/ML work, with experience in deploying models in production. You will also be responsible for:

  • Developing AI/ML-focused business and go-to-market strategies for enterprises and startups;
  • Leading teams of technical and non-technical individuals to deliver results under fast-paced timelines;
  • Building AI/ML-based products and platforms that meet the needs of our clients;
  • Crafting scalable solutions that drive data excellence across the organization;
  • Overseeing model training and optimization to ensure high-quality results.
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's/PhD degree in computational modeling, machine learning, statistics, computer science, or AI;
  • More than 15 years of working experience with modern databases, cloud environments, and data ecosystems;
  • Strong programming skills to implement solutions in production;
  • Experience in building AI/ML-based products and platforms and managing teams of technical and non-technical individuals;
  • High-level experience in AI/ML fundamentals and a strong understanding of the latest trends and technologies.
Remuneration

This exciting opportunity comes with a competitive salary range of **MYR 16,000 - MYR 20,000** and additional benefits, including a **13-Month Bonus** and **Profit-Sharing (Based on Performance)**.
