**Requirements**
- Full lifecycle recruiting and direct sourcing, experience with recruiting multi-disciplined profiles required.
- Hands on experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) or CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and HR databases
- Up-to-date knowledge of innovative sourcing methodologies and a strong track record of successfully networking externally.
- Proven ability to build and foster meaningful relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook.
- Open for Malaysian applicants only.

**Responsibility**
- Lead and manage a team of TA Specialists, hiring training, coaching, mentoring, and providing regular performance feedback.
- Proactively monitor and adjust the assignment of requisitions to ensure delivery within expected performance levels
- Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers on recruiting strategy for their organizations and ensure proactive communication on active searches.
- Contribute to regional and global projects to improve the processes and capabilities of the Talent Acquisition team.

- Office location within walking distance from LRT station (Ampang Park & KLCC station)

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
