We're a rapidly expanding IT company founded in 2019, dedicated to modernizing businesses by developing custom mobile apps that propel them into the new era of sales.

Currently, we're on the lookout for 2 dynamic and driven Product Coordinators (Helpdesk & Support) in Klang Valley area who share a passion for the technology industry.

【Duties & Responsibilities】
- Build strong client relationships by keeping in touch regularly, understanding their needs, and addressing concerns promptly.
- Present a comprehensive overview of company's product portfolio, emphasizing features and advantages tailored to meet individual client needs.
- Work with clients to find the best ways to operate, actively participate in planning, and manage risks according to their needs.
- Administer all aspects of subscription client documentation, ensuring strict compliance with contract terms and on-time completion.
- Coordinate internal departments effectively to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
- Thoroughly respond to client inquiries, complaints, and requests, proactively seeking practical solutions and providing satisfactory resolutions.
- Cultivate long-term client relationships through regular communication, feedback collection, and adapting to their changing preferences.
- Collect valuable market information and trends to enhance company’s products and strategic plans effectively.
- Systematically record client interactions and how solutions are put into practice, simplifying the creation of comprehensive and insightful reports.
- Conduct specialized client training sessions, either online or on-site, to ensure clients effectively utilize the company's products for maximum operational efficiency.
- Adjust the schedule flexibly in line with the company's flexible arrangements.

【Requirements & Qualifications】
- Possess at least a Diploma or higher education, and relevant qualifications are preferred.
- Be proficient in Mandarin, English, and Malay, with knowledge of additional languages considered a plus.
- Demonstrate impeccable communication and coordination skills, adapting well to various client profiles.
- Possess basic project management skills, managing multiple tasks and projects effectively.
- Work well in a team, collaborating with internal teams to achieve common goals.
- Be very attentive to details, make sure to record important information accurately, and present it clearly in reports.
- Show a genuine interest in software, technology, and marketing, eagerly seeking opportunities to expand knowledge in these domains.
- Proficiency or familiarity with graphic software (such as AI, AP) is a valuable advantage.
- Demonstrates self-discipline and strong time-management skills.

【Salary】
- Basic salary RM2,500 ~ RM4,500 (depends on experience, qualification and ability)
- Extra bonus will be provided upon good performance/achievement

【Working Hours】
- 5 Days a week (9am ~ 6pm, including 1 hour lunch break)
- out of normal working hours may require according to operational requirements and circumstances

【Location】
- Taman Damai Utama, Puchong, Selangor.
