The **Junior Executive - Personal Assistant **will report to the **Executive Secretary**.
- **Job Overview**_

Maintaining CEO’s agenda (daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly) and assist in planning appointments (internal or external), board meetings, conferences (Google Meets, Skype, Zoom, Microsoft Teams), etc. Attending meetings and recording meeting minutes. Receiving and screening phone calls and redirecting them when appropriate. Coordinating Inter-Office communication between the CEO and employees (from all levels).
- **Responsibilities and Duties**_

**1. Scheduling Appointments for the CEO**
- Plan and facilitate internal/external meetings for the CEO
- Ensure that the CEO attends all important meetings and is punctual
- Add a buffer time of at least 30 minutes between meetings

**3. Contact Management**
- Collect business/name cards from CEO upon his meetings with external parties.
- Update clients’ contact database worksheet with business/name card details.

**4. Miscellaneous**
- Conduct any research the CEO needs
- Coordinate inter-office communication between the CEO and employees
- **Qualifications**_

No specific qualifications are required, however a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration is highly desirable.
