Personal Assistant to Md

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
- Handle all the day-to-day details, such as scheduling, travel, meeting preparation and events
- Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
- Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners.
- Booking flight and arranging travel and accommodation
- Organising Events and Conferences meeting
- Take dictation, Agenda preparation and minutes to managment
- Reporting to the management as personal assistant
- Handle confidential information; organize and maintain files.
- Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
- Typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
- Managing databases and filing systems
**Administration Duties**
- Administration duties, arranging meeting schedules, maintaining a proper filing system of documents, arranging appointments, travelling arrangements/visa, booking tickets, flight schedule, & accommodation etc.
- Project - Property ( Indah Water / Cukai Tanah / Cukai Pintu / Fire Insurance / Maintenance Fee / etc ) Keep Track on Payment - Tenants Rental Pay Record & Tenancy maintenance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Personal Assistant: 1 year (preferred)

- Bahasa (preferred)
