Personal Assistant to CEO

Responsibilities:
Provide personal assistance services to the CEO & MD that include but not limited to:

- Managing schedules/planners
- Organizing meetings, events, and guests management
- Making travel arrangements - transportation, accommodation, visa, itinerary
- Handling personal purchases, bills payments, claims and other personal errands of the CEO & MD as may be required
- Filing income tax submissions
- Preparing related documentations and maintaining proper records and filing systems

**Requirements**:

- Has a Diploma level qualification or higher, in any fields.
- Has a minimum of 2 year's experience working as a Secretary/PA, preferably with experience in managing both work and personal affairs of the superior
- Has pleasant personal dispositions with positive attitude
- Has high mobility and time-flexibility

**Salary**: From RM3,000.00 per month
