Personal Assistant to CEO

Handle and support CEO on daily administrative, operational, and confidential matters.

3. Assist in the management and organization of the CEOs calendar by scheduling appointments, meetings, engagements, and daily activities, including running errands.
4. Prioritize and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CEO, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Consult with CEO in determining the appropriate course of action, referral and response.
5. Prepare agendas, attend meetings, and transcribe correspondence from handwritten notes.
6. Set up of meeting files, scheduling and calendaring meetings, set meeting agendas, setting location, time and appropriate duration of meetings, identify, inviting and confirming participants, facility arrangements of meetings where required.
7. Coordinate and hosting of onsite meetings, luncheons, coffees, in-house events.
8. Greet and check-in clients and other guests of various levels for meetings and events.
9. Assist in file organizations via Microsoft OneDrive, JianDaoYun
11. Preparing travel arrangements, including visas/ flights/ travel/ accommodation.
12. Maintain a professional, respectful and positive work relationship amongst other departments within the organization.
13. To undertake special assignment, ad-hoc functions and related duties specified by the CEO or management.

**; Requirements**: - 1. Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
2. Fresh Graduate are welcome

**2. Personal Assistant**: 1 year (preferred)
3. Trilingual speaker (Mandarin, English, Bahasa) (Chinese Speaker is a MUST)
4.Posses own transport
